Koshigaya is very far, Tsuchiura is far, too.
Because I don't have tool for PDF,
I couldn't submit by e-mail.
Since I returned to Tokyo from T-city,
my power of hardware(PC, printer, books, journals, library),
power of software(mathematica, tex, office, adobe,...),
power of communication with fiends(native English speaking foreign student,
friend like dnabe)
became weak.

Adachi-nishi is not CHIIKI-KUBUN-KYOKU(highest level).
Koshigaya is the nearest, but Tokyo is the fastest.
It depend on truck scheduling and it's very difficult UUUUUMU problem.
