I can only access the website of the Ibaraki Shinbun. According to it, the key word of San-in-sen(election of Upper house in Japan), is Pension Problem and Iraqi Problem. But I think, Constitution Problem is a keyword, too. By the way, San-in means Upper House. and one area of Japan. San-in area has Daisen. Daisen's Kanji Character is the same of me(Ohyama).
